False Claims by Patrick King

Of late, there has been a lot of attention given to a recent episode on the Drew Peters show. In a nutshell: an Alberta, Canadian resident, Patrick King, claimed his court case was responsible for having mandates lifted because the Chief Medical Officer of Health could not prove the existence of Sars-CoV-2 which is responsible for Covid-19.

The claim and the interview sounded plausible, especially when Mr. king produced a document containing a heading that read “The CMOH Has No Material Evidence” and was highlighted in a red circle. Remember now, this document was shown for a few seconds in the video. However, I found an image of the document reproduced from the video that clearly states (just below the heading)

“Mr. King has no evidence showing that the evidence sought from the CMOH is likely to be material to the Provincial Court proceeding contrary to ss. 698 and 699 of the Criminal Code. As such, the Justice of the Peace did not have jurisdiction to issue the subpoena, and it should be quashed on this basis.

Upon further investigation, I found numerous references to several research firms in various countries who in fact did isolate the Sars-CoV-2 virus (herehereherehere). Mr. King claimed the CMOH could not provide documented evidence of the isolation and therefore the virus did not exist. He further went on to claim a court victory.

It is very upsetting to find so many who will distort the truth. Why would Drew Peters knowingly produce a video without fully investigating and corroborating what is being said and why would Mr. King twist the truth of what really occurred.

Oh, by the way, Mr, King did lose his court case. The original case had nothing to do with proving whether or not SARS-CoV-2 existed. He had been arrested and fined for violating a mandate of being in a large group of people over ten in number. His defense was SARS-CoV-2 did not exist. His fine was $1200.
